for now . . .
i'm having a hard time writing what i want to write about the whole birth experience. i've started and restarted many times... and it just isn't happening yet. so, until i get it together (and i'm able to think about it without crying), here are some scenes from our first day with sawyer...

be sure to include details about giving birth in a hippie hospital in hippie new york. did they give you a stink eye when you wanted drugs? did they fill the kiddie pool with water, only to be completely deflated when you told them you wanted to give birth dry... in a hospital bed?

Great pictures of the Ladle family. Sawyer looks just precious. I can't wait to meet him. I hope there wasn't too much drama with the birth. Your friend Aubry's description of Ithaca cracked me up and is probably closer to the truth than she might think.
