however, having no husband meant i had to haul all our stuff (food, 3 huge towels, a blanket, a very heavy baby thingy to put oliver in, a huge overstuffed bag, toys) down to the beach (and it's quite a descent down sandy stone steps) in my own two arms, whilst wearing an above-average-weighing infant in the bjorn and dragging macy along with my spare finger. anyway, now i can't feel my arms. and my hands keep shaking from the trauma i put my arm/shoulder muscles through.
but once we arrived to the sandy shore, all was good. the girls had super fun playing and oliver slept the whole time. we were there for about four hours, and of course, this was not long enough for parker. she kept saying, "can we stay here for a long time?" but alas, we did have to leave, thus began our ascent. my arms hurt just thinking about it.

IF you're trying to make me feel sad that we had snow this week....it's working. How much room do you guys have? I think I'll move in!!!!
But really, those pictures are sweet. I love Macy's suit with the key hole in the back. Way to go Oliver for sleeping the whole time.
Do you have an old laundry basket lying around? That's what I throw everything in when we go to the beach. (aka: Rigby Lake.)
wow you are too fast for me. I can't believe your pics are up already. I will send you my great shots of Parker climbing like a pro on the rocks. Thanks again for braving it with me. I hope your arms recover soon!
