i think i'm broken. blog broken. but i'm just dropping in to say that we are still alive, we still live in florida, i'm not pregnant, and macy is still growing out her hair.
my parents were here and i got my mom all set up with bobbi brown makeup, google reader, and pinterest. basically, things that will change her life.
my dad beat us all at hearts (due to his obsessive card counting and analyzing skillz.) also, dad, i apologize for my "golf does not require skill" comment. it was late and i was delirious i think.
now i will go and be inspired and then i will write about it and i will be great and fun again. (assuming i was great and fun to begin with. which i'm pretty sure i was. at least that's what my mom tells me.)

oh heeeeey there.
every time i go home, i introduce my mom to some new social network that she uses once and then totally forgets about. she's probably reading a book and being way smarter and cooler than i.
enjoy florida's sun for me okay?
and bobby brown eh? never tried it. is it really going to change my life?
Hooray!! You are back...I have been waiting and missing you and those Ladle children. If you need inspiration...just ask Ollie to sing to you...surely that will get your blogging brain up and running again!
But you did have a good poker face princess, even at 11pm at night. Thanks for everything. It was fantastic being with your family, not in your poor car with the transmission sputtering, but everywhere else.
in case anyone forgot, you should do the next post about how great and fun you are.
i think you are great. and really funny.
i am blog broken too. boo.
i blame instagram. and having too many children too fast.
hello there!
thanks for all the great tips about monterey. i can see why you miss this place - we love it! to answer your question, i'm in the monterey first ward.

I know I say this every time I comment, but I really want to meet you in real life.
You can introduce me to Bobbi Brown makeup and pinterest (I'm scared to death of pinterest- scared that it will take over my life).
And I love your "I'm not pregnant" remark. It's so true that if someone doesn't blog for a long time they seem to come back and say, "Well, the reason I haven't blogged is because baby #7 is on the way!" :) I'll probably do something like that, but not for a long time (two kids wears me out, how do you do it with four!?).
Once again it's super fun to catch up with your family and once again your kids are so big and unrecognizable but crazy adorable! The sunshine and shorts in all you pictures makes me ache for warmer weather although UT has delivered a mild winter. I should not complain, but whatever.
IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE WE DROVE YOUR PONTIAC! (which i believe was named tiffany.)
bum. excellent cake reference.
i am volunteering to write the post about how great and fun you are.
i'm blog broken too. let's just make it a thing. like we're too cool to blog or something.
Blog broken is a good phrase. It's taken me since mid-December to get something up. I have a two-year-old though, so I feel like I should be exempt. I agree with Abby. All the coolest kids are doing it. :)
p.s. remember that one time when we realized that we both like the Aquabats? Well, do you use Spotify?
