a few weeks ago, my phone died a watery death by the hand of oliver (again) and i was forced to get a new phone. so of course i had to get an iphone. josh wouldn't have it any other way. and so i'm learning what all the cool kids have been doing all these years. i of course love instagram (follow me, i'll follow you. username: robinladle), and words with friends (let's play! username: robinladle).
also, my new favorite thing is saying things like, "hey ollie, i NEED my PHONE to make a call real quick. i promise it won't take me long" and the inevitable gnashing of teeth that follows such a rude request.

what are some of your favorite apps for kids? i have some, but i just want to make sure they're not missing out on anything. after all, that's what an iphone is for, right? to hush the children.

Dang. I wish I were cool enough to Instagram. Although I dont have an iPhone (the fiancee is pushing for it HARD, though), I do have an iPad...but apps totally confuse me. Gabe and my iPhone + iPad sync, so I do love downloading awkward, awkward apps (like, uh...the period tracker, and the nutrition log) and waiting to hear his response.
I wish life had an Instagram app. Everything looks so much cooler through it!
instagram is rad. too bad apple has their greedy hands all over it and won't share with droid. :/

my kids love: doodlebuddy, matching zoo, dr. seuss' abc book, (people will tell you talking tom cat is the best=eh in my opinion, but you might want to try it out.)

i don't have children. but i've become the favorite auntie with my apps. andi shared matching zoo with me and that's definitely a winner. talking tom cat...cool, then i'm over it...and you have to plug it in to update all the time. annoys me, so i deleted it. fruit ninja: not a kid's game, but my livi loves it (she's 3). just one dollar. kindergarten.com has some fun ones: alphabet, actions, zoo. definitely for little kids.
i also wanted to tell you your florida house is so cute and lovely i might need a face time tour. tile and all. florida and their tile, what's up with that anyway?
