Hmn, Let's see. 1970 was a great year. Rap and Hip Hop had not been invented yet, thank heavens. There was a little grunge going on,but..mostly soft and hard rock.

1. Bridge Over Troubled Water
2. The Long and Winding Road
3. Close To You
4. The Thrill is Gone!
5. Traveling Band
6. Fire and Rain
7. We've Only Just Begun
8. Rainy Night in Georgia
9. 25 or 6 to 4
10. I Just Can't Help Believing

See if you can match the artists

Brook Benton
BJ Thomas
The Beatles
The Carpenters
Credence Clearwater Revival
Chicago
BB King
James Taylor
Simon and Garfunkel

Can I play too? 4 is BB King, and 9 is Chicago. My dad loves Chicago too. Me? I'm not much of a Peter Cetera fan, but give me Simon and Garfunkel ANY TIME. I love them!

This is a fun quiz. I keep coming back to see who else has answered it.

only #8 and #10 left. Here is a clue for #10. He sang the hit song Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head from the Movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

I knew the Brook Benton one would probably get you. Did you learn anything about him. He had a few hits in the 50's and 60's. Very fine singer.
