i kinda like wednesdays.
even though it's laundry day (which means i take all our laundry to the family housing laundromat on cornell campus), i feel very accomplished. i get a lot done all before noon. i may not be a ceo or have some super high-power job, but man can i knock things off my to-do list with the best of them.
today, i:
worked out at the y
got myself and the kids ready (a huge feat in itself . . . it's not rocket science, but it's close)
dropped macy off at preschool
dropped josh off at school
filled the car up with gas (if you know me, then you know that is huge)
hauled laundry to hasbrouk
did five loads of laundry
went to play group
hauled laundry out of hasbrouk
picked up macy from preschool
hauled laundry into the house
and all before noon. did i mention that? yep. i conked out on the couch at about 1:30 while reading to macy. i mean, i am pregnant. . . you can only expect so much out of me. macy was begging me to read her more books but i was begging her to watch "just one show". does that make me a bad mom? maybe, maybe not.
but at least her laundry is clean . . .

To me that is super mom... and no it is not wrong to beg, "one more show please!!" i do it all the time. :)
Wow...I don't even do my own laundry. Oh and it is OK you like New Moon. We are still friends. Now if you said that Edward could kill Buffy...well...then we would have a problem
