not so favorite moment of the day

when we got home from the library today, macy had fallen asleep in her car seat . . . so i left parker and oliver in the car and ran macy inside to lay her down in her bed.   when i returned to the car to retrieve my two other adorable children, i opened the door on oliver's side only to find he was not in his car seat.  after an initial panic session, i glanced up to find parker standing in the middle of the car, holding oliver upside down by his legs.  

she had gotten herself out of her car seat (a talent she saves for when she's being naughty, otherwise she'll sit there and wait for someone to unbuckle her), unbuckled ollie and picked him up (no easy feat, he's heavy!) and held him there upside down . . . his head close to the floor of the car.  

i quickly saved ollie (still happy, no sign of uneasiness) and sternly reprimanded parker.  

yeah . . . we had a serious talk.
